Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator - Facilities Management to join our Integrated Facilities Services Team on one of our most iconic managed sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training programs to our housekeeping and cleaning employees, ensuring high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery:
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to housekeeping and cleaning staff, ensuring alignment with service standards.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor employee performance and implement corrective actions through tailored training initiatives.

- Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure that service delivery complies with agreed certified standards covering quality, health & safety, environment, and people management.

- Process Improvement:
- Continually enhance processes for gathering and reporting service performance information for corrective actions and new methodologies.

- Training Methods:
- Deploy a variety of training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, and classroom sessions.

- Induction Sessions:
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new cleaning employees.

- Training Needs Assessment:
- Identify and assess current and future training needs through comprehensive job analysis.

- Problem Resolution:
- Resolve specific training challenges and tailor programs to meet the needs of employees.

- Industry Trends:
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices related to hospitality services.

- ICT Systems Utilization:
- Utilize and help develop effective ICT systems to enhance performance, transparency, and management information.

- Customer Orientation:
- Foster a strong customer orientation within service delivery, focusing on operational excellence.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Achieve continuous improvement across all key areas of responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience as a Training Specialist within Facilities Management and/or a 5-star hotel environment.
- Track record of executing successful training programs and delivering cleaning & hospitality-oriented training solutions.

- Skills:
- Passion for cleaning and a strong understanding of training methodologies.
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, or classroom training).

- Communication:
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus.

- Record Keeping:
- Strong record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.

- Certification:
- BICS Certification preferred.
