3. Reserve berths for vessels arriving on time according to the agreed window.
4. Maintain vessel berthing on a first-come, first-served basis for all out-of-window vessels (mainliners and feeders).
5. Update vessel information in BPA (Berth Planning Application) and check if the advised vessel can fit with other vessels scheduled for the same timeframe, communicating with the vessel operator for required adjustments.
6. Ensure vessel structure availability in TOS (Terminal Operating System) and approach vessel operators for particulars if the vessel is arriving for the first time.
7. Schedule crane and resource plans 24 hours in advance, confirming with Shift Manager for resource booking.
8. Make manpower bookings using BPA and publish on time.
9. Communicate with the marine tower regularly with updates on berthing and sailing sequence/priorities.
10. Monitor timeframes for vessel arrival, berthing, operation commencement, completion, and sailing for accuracy in TOS updates.
11. Act as a focal point for marine operations and shipping lines, ensuring effective communication.
12. Monitor weather situations and circulate daily weather forecasts.
13. Communicate with Shift Managers if an increase in wind speed is noticed through anemometers.
14. Communicate with the Engineering department, aligning PM/CM/EM requirements without impacting scheduled vessels.
15. Finalize and circulate the berthing plan with internal/external customers on a daily basis.
16. Capture/update berthing and sailing-related information in FASAH application.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in container terminal operations: 3 - 5 years.
- Understanding of vessel characteristics/dimensions and factors impacting vessel stability.
- Work experience in a container terminal operating system.
- Education: Diploma/Graduate.
- Excellent computer operating skills.
