Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:
- Contribute to achieving the store's annual sales targets.
- Maintain proper coverage and schedules to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard operating policies.
- Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
- Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service.

2. Visual Merchandising and Pricing:
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand policies.
- Accurately implement promotions and pricing in line with company standards.

3. Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to maximize stock potential.
- Report on the performance of new and core collections.
- Submit daily invoices and sales recaps to Finance.

4. Store Operations:
- Execute store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Manage inventory movements, restocking, transfers, and discrepancies.
- Uphold loss prevention standards, ensuring compliance with cash handling and fraud prevention.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for the store.

5. People Management:
- Define goals and key performance indicators for team members.
- Implement GMG's performance management process effectively.
- Develop team talent through guidance, mentoring, and coaching to achieve defined goals.
- Promote a culture of feedback and coaching within the Business Unit/Department.
