Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Maintenance Technician - Riyadh

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
2. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
6. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures for a secure working environment.
7. Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, reporting shortages to the Maintenance Supervisor.
8. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance staff as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance techniques.

Skills:
1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
9. Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular working hours when necessary.
10. Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
11. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
12. Experience with hand and power tools.
13. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
14. Basic computer skills for maintenance software and reporting.
15. Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
