Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Greet Visitors:
- Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors entering the premises.

2. Answer and Direct Incoming Calls:
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department with efficiency.

3. Visitor and Caller Assistance:
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience.

4. Front Desk Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a professional and inviting atmosphere.

5. Mail and Package Handling:
- Receive and distribute mail and packages accurately and in a timely manner.

6. Appointment Scheduling:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for various team members.

7. Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees as needed.

8. Office Supplies Management:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required to ensure sufficient stock.

9. Administrative Support:
- Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry, contributing to the overall efficiency of administrative processes.

10. Ad Hoc Duties:
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Preferred Candidate:

- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Language Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Skills:
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.
