Job Title: Marketing Representative – Russian Nationality Only

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Drive growth for undergraduate and graduate programs both locally and internationally.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing visit and exhibition plans.
- Enrollment Targets: Achieve enrollment targets and manage the admissions process.
- Market Expansion: Focus on expanding business in Non-Arab and expat markets, with a review of statistics for these regions.
- Student Counseling: Provide guidance to potential students on available programs.
- Marketing Visits: Implement marketing visit plans locally and internationally, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Rwanda.
- Outreach: Visit schools, consulates, and social clubs in the UAE to enhance market presence.
- Workshops Coordination: Organize workshops for students, teachers, and principals.
- Scholarships Coordination: Handle academic scholarship proposals and coordinate with schools, consulates, and social clubs.
- Event Participation: Prepare for and participate in career fairs and exhibitions, and assign representatives as needed.
- Operational Support: Assist with various departmental operational requirements for fairs, exhibitions, and corporate visits.
- Strategy Implementation: Implement marketing strategies as outlined in the plan.
- Agent Appointment: Appoint local and international agents in the African region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 3-10 years of relevant experience.
- Nationality: Only Russian candidates are considered.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
