Commissioning Engineer-BMS

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer - BMS

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating Installation, Testing, and Commissioning:
- Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Provide advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
- Monitor progress, record test results, witness final testing, and ensure acceptance of equipment.
- Compile all documentation for site tests and handover processes.

2. Ensuring System Performance:
- Ensure safe testing and commissioning of installations to achieve required system and plant performance.
- Adhere to project program requirements and specifications during testing and commissioning phases.

3. Client Training and Project Closeout:
- Conduct client training on BMS systems at project locations for handover and project closeout.
- Implement established project plans, monitor progress, and ensure performance against the plan.
- Plan, allocate, and mobilize manpower for site activities with approval from the Project Head.

4. Technical Expertise:
- Possess good knowledge of UAE Civil Defense requirements related to BMS installations.
- Specialize in Honeywell Alerton, Centra Line, JCI FX systems, and Niagara platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in commissioning BMS systems.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent field.
- Product Expertise: Proficient in Honeywell Alerton, Centra Line, JCI FX systems, and Niagara platforms.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and manpower allocation.
- Certification: UAE driving license preferred for site visits and client meetings.
