Sales Manager-ELV

Job Title: Sales Manager - ELV

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the UAE market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on account progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each assigned account and develop and implement account plans to address those needs.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, AV, BGM, etc.
- Experience in selling within contracting and end-user sectors.
- Previous experience in a sales role with a multimillion-dirham sales target.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 5 to 10 years in the UAE market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering specialized in Electrical or equivalent.
- Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai (Must be based in UAE).
- Must have extensive sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
