Presales Engineer-BMS

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer - BMS Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating Installation, Testing, and Commissioning: - Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS). - Provide advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation. - Monitor progress, record test results, witness final testing, and ensure acceptance of equipment. - Compile all documentation for site tests and handover processes. 2. Ensuring System Performance: - Ensure safe testing and commissioning of installations to achieve required system and plant performance. - Adhere to project program requirements and specifications during testing and commissioning phases. 3. Client Training and Project Closeout: - Conduct client training on BMS systems at project locations for handover and project closeout. - Implement established project plans, monitor progress, and ensure performance against the plan. - Plan, allocate, and mobilize manpower for site activities with approval from the Project Head. 4. Job Title: Sales Manager - ELV Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the UAE market. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts. - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on account progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Understand the unique needs and challenges of each assigned account and develop and implement account plans to address those needs. - Demonstrate technical expertise in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, AV, BGM, etc. - Experience in selling within contracting and end-user sectors. - Previous experience in a sales role with a multimillion-dirham sales target. Job Title: Project Engineer – Fire Alarm Installation Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Installation Management: Oversee the installation of system components including GI piping, conduit, cabling, panels, cable trunking, and devices. - Problem Resolution: Identify, resolve, or escalate operational issues to minimize delays. - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. - Cost Estimation: Estimate costs, resources, and time required for project phases; monitor activities and allocate resources effectively. - Project Meetings: Conduct regular project meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status to stakeholders. - Resource Coordination: Coordinate resource allocation, material delivery, and invoicing processes.
