Presales Engineer-BMS

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer - BMS Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating Installation, Testing, and Commissioning: - Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS). - Provide advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation. - Monitor progress, record test results, witness final testing, and ensure acceptance of equipment. - Compile all documentation for site tests and handover processes. 2. Ensuring System Performance: - Ensure safe testing and commissioning of installations to achieve required system and plant performance. - Adhere to project program requirements and specifications during testing and commissioning phases. 3. Job Title: Sales Manager - ELV Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the UAE market. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts. - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on account progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Understand the unique needs and challenges of each assigned account and develop and implement account plans to address those needs. - Demonstrate technical expertise in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, AV, BGM, etc. - Experience in selling within contracting and end-user sectors. - Previous experience in a sales role with a multimillion-dirham sales target.
