Job Description
Job Title: Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm Technician
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, and troubleshoot fire fighting and fire alarm equipment according to detailed instructions and work orders.
- Field Support: Assist engineers and supervisors on-site to complete project-specific tasks related to the scope of work.
- Project Tasks: Visit project sites to undertake assigned tasks, maintaining records of work performed and reporting the status to supervisors as required.
- Coordination & Analysis: Analyze work requirements and coordinate activities with relevant teams based on project nature and task priorities.
- Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure reliable equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting & Reporting: Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and provide detailed reports as directed by superiors.
- Knowledge Development: Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's products and services by working closely with experienced technicians or as part of a team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
Education:
- ITI/Diploma in a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- A Qatar driving license is an advantage.
