Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Engineer to enhance our outside sales performance and customer relationship management. This role is crucial for supporting our company's interests and establishing business relationships to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC sales, technical knowledge, and experience in customer relationship management.

Role Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and/or services.
- Develop and maintain personal customer relationships to influence business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Business Development:
- Support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments, aligning with the company's business strategy.
- Identify prospective target accounts and present opportunities to the sales business development team.
- Generate new customer leads and support the preparation of bid responses.

- Sales and Negotiations:
- Prospect bid opportunities and participate in the preparation and negotiation of bid responses with potential customers.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to increase the organization’s visibility and engage with potential prospects.

Minimum Requirements:

- Nationality: Local Emirati Nationals Only
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in selling spare parts for HVAC equipment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience and technical knowledge in the HVAC industry.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

- Strong technical skills and understanding of HVAC systems and spare parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the HVAC sector.
- Ability to attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and influence prospects.
