Job Title: RDD Coordinator

Overview of the Role:

The RDD Coordinator is responsible for managing the design review and site inspection processes for various shops and kiosks during their fit-out stages. This role ensures that all shop designs comply with the mall's design criteria, align with the approved packages, and effectively achieve the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Negotiation: Engage with tenants to negotiate and refine new designs during the design and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with mall standards.
- Fit-Out Monitoring: Oversee the progress of tenants’ contractors during the fit-out process to ensure adherence to the approved designs.
- Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support and innovative solutions to tenants throughout the design and fit-out stages.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and implement any required unit modifications before the fit-out process begins.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports on any design changes within the mall.
- Consultant Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with consultants to address multidisciplinary design aspects.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve and facilitate the design review and delivery process to enhance efficiency.
- Mall Leasing Plans: Review and update mall leasing plans to reflect current layouts and design changes.
- Snag Resolution: Identify and resolve snags during site inspections of fit-out work, and produce a comprehensive snag list within days of the shop opening.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in Retail Design & Delivery within shopping malls. Must have sufficient site supervision experience to provide on-the-spot solutions and produce snag lists during final inspections.
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
