Customer Services Executive

Job Description: Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers to provide information and ensure satisfaction.
- Review contracted unit updates with customers.

2. Property Inspections:
- Assist with property inspections.

3. Issue Resolution:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and determining causes.

4. Record Keeping:
- Update client records on CRM application for any changes in client information.

5. Inquiry Response:
- Respond to all inquiries related to changes or updates in project phases.

6. After-Sales Services:
- Assist clients with solving ad hoc problems.
- Contribute to after-sales services for clients.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Submit reports and documentation regarding clients.

8. Coordination:
- Coordinate client site visits and act as a liaison between clients and the site.
- Coordinate client requests with technical departments for unit modifications.
- Coordinate with clients and finance department for payment settlements of approved modifications.

9. Communication and Engagement:
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments.
- Update clients with correct data and procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience:
- +2 years of relevant work experience in real estate is a must.

2. Skills:
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills.
