Job Title: Merchandising Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:
- Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company plans and vision.
- Communicate goals to subordinates.

2. Issue Resolution:
- Receive and address complaints, resolving problems efficiently.

3. Communication Hub:
- Act as a communication bridge between upper management and merchandisers.

4. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit performance reports as required.

5. Team Development:
- Hire and train new merchandisers.

- Proven experience as a supervisor.

2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Software Proficiency:
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

4. Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

5. Management Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

6. Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
