Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Identify Sales Opportunities:
- Identify new sales opportunities and explore potential markets for products/services.

2. Customer Engagement:
- Contact new customers and deliver persuasive pitches outlining the benefits of the offered products/services.

3. Customer Queries:
- Address customer queries, providing accurate and timely responses within established guidelines.

4. Achieve Targets:
- Work on provided data to achieve monthly sales targets.

5. Follow-up Activities:
- Follow up with customers regarding required documents, product/service descriptions, etc.

6. Client Account Management:
- Manage client accounts to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.

7. CRM System:
- Track all sales activities using the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounts data.

8. Relationship Building:
- Develop strong and ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.

9. Policy Adherence:
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer engagement.

Job Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree.

- Communication Skills:
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills.

- Language Proficiency:
- Very good English language skills.

- Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Negotiation Skills:
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address customer complaints effectively.

- Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar sales position.

- Product Knowledge:
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
