Position Title: Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, creating financial documents, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders according to sales team requirements and forward them to the Logistics Department.
- Create debit and credit notes for customers.
- Update sales team on stock availability and pricing of articles.
- Handle order processing accurately and within set timelines, including checking credit blocks and credit limits.
- Receive customer orders via phone and email, and issue delivery orders accurately and promptly.
- Monitor stock levels daily and generate reports for the sales team.
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and other IT/ERP systems.
- 0-2 years of prior experience in a similar role in the UAE, with exceptions for internal candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
