Job Title: Van Sales Supervisor - TT (FMCG)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Van Sales Supervisor for our FMCG operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent public relations with trade and team, ensuring efficient customer service, and achieving set KPIs. This role requires strict adherence to journey plans and effective team participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relations & Service:
- Maintain harmonious public relations with trade and team.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service at all times.

- Journey Plan Compliance:
- Ensure 100% compliance with journey plans.
- Participate in team activities and be an effective team player.

- KPI Achievement:
- Achieve set KPIs on coverage, productivity, distribution, visibility (BDA implementation/share of space as per market share & planograms).
- Frequently evaluate route efficiencies to achieve targeted productivity measures per van/route.

- Distribution & Visibility:
- Achieve targeted numeric and weighted distribution per brand/SKU.
- Maintain van loadograms at all times.
- Ensure multiple loading of vans daily to avoid out-of-stock situations in vans/trade.
- Secure primary visibility in category and explore secondary visibility opportunities for dominance.
- Ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.

- Inventory Management:
- Manage trade returns within agreed levels.
- Highlight near-expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for liquidation, following FIFO diligently.
- Ensure listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
- Take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs.

- Promotions & Activations:
- Execute all promotional/activation activities as per targeted norms/timelines.

- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends.
- Participate and share survey findings (price, competition, category, etc.).

- SOP Compliance:
- Rigorously follow all SOPs regarding van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings, etc.
- Ensure compliance with IAU guidelines regarding cash and inventory management at all times.

- Internal Coordination:
- Liaise internally with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Van Sales Supervisor - GT in UAE-based FMCG companies.
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.

- Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills to prepare and analyze various types of reports.

- Other Requirements:
- UAE driving license.
- Age less than 40 years.
