Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders according to sales team requirements and forward them to the logistics department.
- Create debit and credit notes for customers.
- Update the sales team on stock availability and article prices.
- Handle the processing of all orders accurately and within timelines, including checking credit blocks and limits.
- Receive customer orders via phone and email, issuing delivery orders accurately and promptly.
- Monitor stock levels daily, generate reports, and forward them to the sales team.
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: 12th class or equivalent.
- Language: Proficient in English.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and other IT/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
- Experience: 0-2 years of prior experience in a similar role in the UAE, with exceptions for internal candidates.
