Job Title: MEP Storekeeper - Plumber

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Storekeeper with a background in plumbing to join our team. The MEP storekeeper-plumber will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring the availability of plumbing materials for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing materials and procedures, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and verify plumbing materials and equipment delivered to the site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Issue materials to MEP technicians and other team members as per project requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for plumbing materials promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of material requisitions and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to storekeeping activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in plumbing or related fields preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and procedures.

Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the construction industry.

Salary: 3200 AED
