Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
- Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our advanced weighing equipment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

2. Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of our products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in weighing equipment.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in instrumentation, industrial automation process control, or mechatronics engineering.

- Education:
- A background in instrumentation, industrial automation process control, or mechatronics engineering is advantageous.

- Skills:
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
