Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and technically skilled Sales Coordinator/Engineer to join our team, specializing in the sales of advanced weighing equipment. Our expertise includes weighing equipment, lifting and material handling solutions, mechatronics, industrial automation, and related technologies. We offer a broad range of products, such as weighing scales, instrumentation, calibration equipment, industrial machinery, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and website chat.
- Quotation & Invoicing: Prepare and send accurate quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and other necessary documentation like Packing Lists (PL) and Certificates of Origin (COO).
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Follow-up & Order Management: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and manage order processing, including e-commerce orders.
- Technical Sales Support: Offer technical and commercial support to customers, assisting in the selection of appropriate products.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Report Preparation: Assist in generating detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and service coordination within the weighing systems or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel for preparing quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in managing stakeholder requirements.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong business communication abilities. A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM is required.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and services. Previous experience with mechatronics, instrumentation, or related technologies is preferred.
- Work Location: Easy access to Business Bay, International City, or own transportation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: University/Diploma degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields (attested degree required).
- Product Awareness: Strong awareness of mechatronics and industrial products.
- Technical Support Experience: Prior experience in technical support is a plus.

We offer flexibility through a network of serviced offices for senior team members, allowing for onsite, hybrid, or remote work. Office locations include:

- Sharjah – Al Majaz
