Job Title: Beekeeper / Bee Keeper

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hive Management: Build, inspect, or repair beehives to ensure a safe and productive environment for the bees.
- Colony Care: Introduce new colonies to hives or manage existing ones to ensure their growth and health.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly check the health of bees and the hive, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Disease and Pest Control: Treat hives and bees to prevent and manage diseases and pests affecting the colony.
- Queen Breeding: Breed queen bees and establish smaller, starter colonies as needed to maintain hive productivity.
- Honey Collection: Harvest honey from hives, ensuring minimal disruption to the bees.
- Honey Processing: Prepare and bottle honey for sale or distribution, ensuring proper hygiene and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience or knowledge in beekeeping or related agricultural work.
- Ability to build, maintain, and repair beehives.
- Familiarity with bee health management, including disease and pest control.
- Understanding of honey extraction and processing techniques.
- Strong observation skills to monitor bee behavior and hive conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Willingness to work with live insects and handle beekeeping equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
