Job Description
Job Title: Female Cook / International Culinary Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development: Prepare and develop recipes based on the tastes, requests, nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, and product specifications of the family and guests.
- Kitchen Management: Ensure the sanitization and organization of the kitchen, including refrigerators, pantries, and drawers. Handle post-event clean-up efficiently.
- Special Requests: Respond to special requests, run errands, and perform all related duties promptly and effectively.
- Menu Preparation: Prepare daily menus and communicate choices to each family member, ensuring satisfaction and variety.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in high-profile families, leading hotels, or restaurants.
- Qualification: Culinary diploma or similar qualification preferred.
- Previous Experience: Experience in private households or 5-star hotels.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Good health condition and excellent presentation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
