Job Title: Groups, Conferences & Events Executive

As a Groups, Conferences & Events Executive at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue opportunities in the conferences and events sector. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales leads and increase conversions, while ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Revenue Maximization: Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team.

2. Event Management: Manage an events schedule to maximize yield, focusing on consistently executed up-selling approaches.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs, arranging and conducting hotel show rounds as necessary.

4. Administration: Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events, participating in hotel promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

- Good organizational and administration skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Confident telephone manner and high level of IT skills.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Previous experience working in the Conference and Events function is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems is advantageous.
