Job Title: BIM Modelers

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled BIM/Revit Modelers in the following disciplines:
- Architectural
- Structural
- Landscape
- Electrical

The successful candidates will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for large-scale building construction design projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of the design models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development:
- Create detailed 3D models using BIM software (Revit) for architectural, structural, landscape, or electrical disciplines.
- Develop and refine models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they meet all project specifications and standards.

2. Coordination:
- Collaborate with other disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.) to ensure that all models are fully coordinated and clash-free.
- Participate in coordination meetings and work closely with design teams to resolve any issues that arise during the modeling process.

3. Documentation & Detailing:
- Prepare and manage detailed construction drawings and documents derived from the BIM models.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and aligns with the overall project design and objectives.

4. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Address and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the models.

5. Project Support:
- Provide support to the project team during the design and construction phases by supplying updated models and addressing any model-related queries.
- Assist in the preparation of visualizations, simulations, and other presentations derived from the BIM models.

6. Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards and practices to ensure models meet the latest industry requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM modeling for large-scale building construction design projects.
- Proven experience in the GCC region, specifically in building construction design.
- Previous working experience with a consultant is required.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction design processes and principles.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Requirements:
- Must be residing in Qatar with a valid QID (Qatar ID).
