Job Title: Dermatologist

Job Purpose

We are seeking a qualified Dermatologist to join our client’s healthcare team in Qatar. The Dermatologist will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of various skin conditions, with a specialization in cosmetology and cosmetic dermatology. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities, and will be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
- Provide specialized care in cosmetology and cosmetic dermatology, including non-surgical cosmetic procedures and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and conditions.

- Medical Procedures:
- Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, laser treatments, and cosmetic enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures.

- Consultations:
- Conduct patient consultations to evaluate skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and provide guidance on skincare routines.
- Offer advice on preventive care and lifestyle modifications to improve skin health.

- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications and licenses.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in dermatology.
- Board certification in dermatology.
- Must hold a valid DOH (Department of Health) license.
- Specialization in cosmetology and cosmetic dermatology is required.

- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment planning.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) are required.
