Job Title: Senior Interior Design Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to design standards.
- Design Development: Develop and present interior design concepts and solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure that design implementation meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and review design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve design issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all design work complies with relevant local regulations and building codes.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of supervision experience in interior design projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Project Experience: Experience with hospitality and building projects is advantageous.
- Consultancy Experience: Proven consultancy experience is required.
- Oman ID: Must possess a valid Oman ID.
