Job Description: Logistics Coordinator - Offshore Operations

JOB PURPOSE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive logistics support services to Project teams, collaborating closely with all Clients entities and EPC contractors. The role emphasizes compliance with relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards, focusing on continuous quality improvement and cost optimization. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for offshore mobilization readiness, jack-up/accommodation barge mobilization, coordination with EPC contractors, vessel inspection, daily offshore marine activities supervision, and compliance with logistics regulations.

Operations Management:

1. Ensure offshore mobilization readiness, including coordination with various departments and CPY Marine representative.
2. Oversee jack-up/accommodation barge mobilization, ensuring technical review, documentation, surveys, site visits, etc.
3. Conduct follow-up meetings with EPC contractors to ensure all aspects/requirements are covered.
4. Liaise with client's entities for internal coordination (studies approval, gangway, rig move, communication, E&I, HSE, lifting, etc.).
5. Conduct inspections at vessel charter facilities and supervise overall offshore daily activities on marine topics.
6. Coordinate marine activities with CPY stakeholders and ensure helideck approval by GHC/Aviation when applicable.
7. Register all vessels operating for MP in Dawinci with accurate POB.
8. Ensure Dawinci data compliance for offshore personnel.
9. Coordinate vendor POB mobilization for MP.

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering and/or Business degree and/or Diploma.

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics for the Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects, and Construction).
- Good knowledge of logistics means involved in Oil and Gas activities (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment).
- Familiarity with international standards linked to Lifting Handling, Marine Transportation, and HSE.
