Job Title: Contact Center Trainer (Urdu Speaker)

Experience Required:
1 to 4 years.

Education Requirements:
Secondary School.

Nationality:
Pakistani.

Position Overview:
The Contact Center Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs specifically for Urdu-speaking content moderators. The role aims to enhance communication skills and overall performance within the contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Development & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules tailored for Urdu-speaking content moderators.
- Create training materials that resonate with the cultural nuances of Urdu speakers for relatability and effectiveness.

- Assessment & Feedback:
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to agents to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize role-playing during training sessions to simulate real-world scenarios.

- Collaboration & Tailoring:
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure familiarity with company policies and procedures.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously update training content and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Language Proficiency:
- Proven proficiency in Urdu, both spoken and written, for effective communication with trainees.

- Technical Skills:
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress and outcomes.

- Presentation & Adaptability:
- Strong presentation skills for clear and engaging delivery of training content.
- Ability to adapt training styles to meet diverse learning preferences among agents.

- Analytical Skills:
- Competence in using analytical tools to assess training effectiveness and agent performance.

- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Cultural awareness of the Urdu-speaking community to tailor training approaches effectively.
