Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer problems and provide solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Fluency in the Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
