Responsibilities:
As a Barista, you serve as a frontline Hospitality Ambassador, ensuring prompt and courteous service delivery to delight our guests. You play a key role in influencing guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets. Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Handle guest questions or concerns, addressing them with a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure the timely and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets, specifically in the coffee service area.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the hotel.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations, with a focus on barista duties.
- Passion for delivering excellent service, with flexibility to work different shifts.
- Excellent team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and initiative-driven.
