Responsibilities:
As the Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience through a guest-focused approach, delivering informed, friendly, and effective customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be entrusted with the day-to-day management of the hotel, overseeing Heads of Department and their teams to achieve the highest standards and budgeted profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and develop Heads of Department to ensure cohesive teamwork and excellence in service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and utilizing guest feedback to enhance performance against KPIs.
- Take accountability for implementing the hotel business plan, supporting broader company goals, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment, instilling a culture of excellent customer service, and actively contribute to business growth.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for effective communication.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Hotel Manager position within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Service-focused personality is crucial, coupled with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Clear communication, strong networking skills, and the ability to articulate thoughts, actions, and opportunities.
