Responsibilities:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall operation of the hotel's Food & Beverage department, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities encompass promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are served. Achieving these goals requires the development and maintenance of a strong team environment, delivery of prompt and courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards, as well as handling daily team member relations and fostering a problem-solving mindset through proper training and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, upholding the highest quality standards in product and service.
- Develop and maintain a positive team environment, fostering teamwork and high morale.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
