Job Summary
The Assistant Security Manager will support the Security and Safety operations by delivering strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership. The role focuses on achieving optimal operating results while ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for guests. This position requires innovative approaches to operations, aiming to maintain high service standards and enhance guest experiences.

- Operational Leadership:
- Deliver strong functional expertise in Security and Safety operations.

- Guest Satisfaction:
- Communicate and emphasize key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customers.

- Provide guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong operational and technical knowledge.
- Successful pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in the Goa market is a plus.
- Strong background in operations.
- Strong process orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking outside the box.
- Ability to drive change and seek operational efficiencies and synergies across the network.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding the scope of responsibilities.
