Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager in the Hotel Industry, you will be responsible for strategically planning, soliciting, booking, and coordinating Hotel Domestic and International FIT Wholesale, Tour & Travel Industry, Consortia, and Corporate Business Travel sales. Your primary objective will be to meet annual revenue and profit goals while upholding the distinctive Tivoli brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure bookings and generate revenue.
- Cultivate relationships with Domestic and International FIT Wholesale, Tour & Travel Industry, Consortia, and Corporate Business Travel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in hotel/property management or the entertainment business is essential.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to drive results with strong negotiation techniques.
