Job Title: Design & Drafting Engineer - Mechanical

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Library Management: Build and maintain an AUTODESK INVENTOR library for all assembly and fabrication drawings.
- Drawing Distribution: Distribute commented drawings from clients to all relevant stakeholders after consulting with the Project Manager (PM).
- Electrical Drawings: Generate P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and electrical drawings in-house.
- BOM Development: Develop a Bill of Materials (BOM) based on General Arrangement (GA) and fabrication drawings.
- Drawing Revisions: Revise drawings based on client comments and feedback.
- Folder Maintenance: Maintain drafting folders on the FLAROMAN server according to company standards.
- Proprietary Drawings: Ensure the flow of proprietary drawings to the fabrication yard is maintained.
- As-Built Drawings: Develop as-built drawings based on markups from the shop floor and QA/QC comments.
- Design Implementation: Implement design requirements in compliance with international standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Internal Library: Generate an internal library of all Flaroman components within the probation period.
- 3D Models: Create 3D models of all Flaroman projects meeting the project schedule.
- GA Drawings: Produce General Arrangement drawings that can be submitted after a maximum of three internal reviews.
- Cost Management: Design the Flaroman package within the project budget and suggest cost-saving measures for each project.
- Fabrication Drawings: Generate and maintain revisions of fabrication drawings before the final inspection.
