Job Description

Job Title: HSE Personnel

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- Provide training and education to employees on HSE practices and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management and employees to develop strategies for continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Stay up-to-date with HSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
- Manage the HSE budget and allocate resources effectively to support HSE initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities and incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in HSE roles with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are preferred.
- Experience in managing HSE programs and conducting safety training.
