Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Identification and Needs Assessment:
- Identify potential clients within the market and understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop strategies to approach and engage prospective clients effectively.

- Technical Expertise and Support:
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and effective solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.

- Product Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
- Provide feedback from clients to assist in product improvements and development.

- Customized Solutions:
- Create and deliver customized solutions proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Ensure proposals address all technical and commercial aspects required by clients.

- Sales Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Post-Sales Support:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients after the sale to ensure proper implementation and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise post-sale.

- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Attend industry events and training as necessary to maintain a high level of knowledge.

- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Use CRM systems or other tools to track sales progress and manage client information effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably with experience in the Gulf region.

- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

- Additional Information:
- Family Status: Provided for spouse and 2 children (under 21).
- Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave.
- Air Ticket: Provided for spouse and 2 children (under 21) after 1 year.
