Job Description

Job Title: Project Engineer (Cluster)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Cluster) to oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure projects across various locations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, technical support, coordination, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Coordination: Work with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, such as progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems during the project lifecycle.
- Project Functions Monitoring: Oversee project management, site management, project control management, engineering management, procurement, and construction management.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Coordination with Regional Management: Communicate with regional and site management on project status, trends, and changes.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor engineering progress against the budget and forecasted schedule. Prepare engineering budgets and project control budgets.
- Construction Monitoring: Monitor construction progress and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies and Procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
- Experience with major government and/or semi-government programs and project implementations.
- Extensive experience in project management of water and wastewater works.
- Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
- Experience in implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
- Proven record of engagement with government entities and utility providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working internationally.
