Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives. Monitor and control project progress and performance to ensure successful execution.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Scope & Objectives: Define project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Risk Management: Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
- Performance Measurement: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on project progress and performance. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders and team members to meet project objectives. Manage project changes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Compliance: Adhere to Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
- Experience with major government and/or semi-government programs and project implementations.
- Extensive experience in project management of water and wastewater works.
- Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
- Proven track record of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
- Experience working with government entities and utility providers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
