Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Performance Management Coordinator to join our team at Jordan River Foundation. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in monitoring and implementing the Organizational Performance Management System for JRF, ensuring the effective achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience. Excellent English and Arabic language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Performance Management:
- Support in monitoring and implementing the Organizational Performance Management System for JRF on a yearly basis.
- Monitor organizational performance, evaluate results, and report quarterly on predefined quantitative and qualitative KRIs/KPIs of the annual operational plan.
- Conduct periodic Indicator Audits, collecting supporting documents/evidence for proper reporting of set indicators and outcomes.

2. Process Enhancement and Compliance:
- Support in developing SOPs and process flowcharts to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability.
- Review the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Monitor the implementation of set SOPs to ensure compliance through periodic checks and constant planning for improvement.

3. Measurement Tools and Reporting:
- Develop measurement tools, collect and analyze data to prepare well-designed satisfaction reports.
- Ensure that all written materials are of high quality in terms of content, language, and tone.

Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational performance management.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
