Position: Microbusiness Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our team as a Microbusiness Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), beneficiaries, and stakeholders to implement activities related to the microbusiness component. Your efforts will contribute to the success of livelihood projects and positively impact the lives of beneficiaries.

Core Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

- Conduct community outreach through approved channels to engage and inform relevant beneficiaries about microbusiness opportunities.
- Conduct interviews with target beneficiaries and community members at various levels to meet donor requirements.
- Arrange and follow up, both in and off the field, with beneficiaries, prospective beneficiaries, mentors, community members, CBOs, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to project procedures.

Capacity Building:

- Follow up on training and capacity building activities for beneficiaries and prospective beneficiaries, ensuring alignment with the project plan.

Feasibility Studies:

- Conduct feasibility studies in the field with applicants, recommending prospective businesses for financing to ensure proper selection.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain a comprehensive list of beneficiaries, progress, and follow-up activities for reporting to the component leader and project manager, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
- Archive and file all relevant paperwork according to approved processes and procedures to meet donor requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on livelihood projects.
- Previous experience working within livelihood projects is highly desirable.
