Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for all new requests for goods and services, ensuring efficient logistics activities. If you have 3-5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and excellent English and Arabic language skills, we encourage you to apply.

Core Responsibilities:

Procurement:
1. Provide support in the procurement process for all new requests for goods and services.
2. Manage a database of current and potential vendors in local and international markets.
3. Act as a focal point with vendors regarding orders, new products, market conditions, and trends.
4. Prepare Requests for Proposals, procurement contracts, POs, and process tenders.
5. Analyze and prepare technical reports on suppliers' quotations and offers for negotiation.
6. Coordinate the delivery of goods and services.
7. Support programs/social enterprises in the development of procurement plans.
8. Ensure procurement is carried out in accordance with JRF and donor-specific policies.
9. Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
10. Order products and supplies, determining appropriate vendors based on price and quality standards.

Stock Management:
1. Implement Order Fulfillment Procedures for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Conduct regular inspections of warehouses and stores and perform inventory counts.

Logistics:
1. Handle communication with suppliers regarding local and international shipments.
2. Ensure proper packing and timely dispatch of supplies.
3. Follow up on internal logistical workflow to ensure timely dispatch of supplies.

Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
