Job Description

Job Title: F&B Service Expert

Position Summary:

As a Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Expert, your role extends beyond simply serving food and drinks. You will be instrumental in creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This involves a variety of tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Your goal is to ensure that every transaction and interaction contributes to an exceptional guest experience. The position requires you to be on your feet, manage the menu effectively, and handle physical tasks related to food service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Guest Interaction:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Set tables and manage the dining area to create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Communicate with the kitchen to relay guest orders and special requests.
- Interact with guests to address their needs, answer questions, and handle any issues or concerns.

- Service Execution:
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Clean work areas and equipment regularly to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure that all food and drink transactions are handled smoothly and accurately.

- Physical and Safety Requirements:
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

- Adherence to Standards:
- Follow company policies and procedures to create a safe workplace and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

- Experience:
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.

- Supervisory Experience:
- No supervisory experience required.

- License or Certification:
- None required.
