Job Title: Hotel Cleanliness Expert
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, you play a vital role in creating memorable and unique guest experiences. Beyond traditional housekeeping tasks, you are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other duties necessary to enhance the guest experience. You are empowered to move throughout the hotel, addressing any cleanliness needs promptly and efficiently.
Success in this role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor. Hotel Cleanliness Experts must be physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and engaging in hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: No High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience necessary.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
