Job Title: At Your Service Agent
Position Summary:
The At Your Service Agent at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel is dedicated to delivering a memorable and unique guest experience. This role involves providing a range of services that enhance guests' stays, handling operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, and offering insights into the local area. The Agent is empowered to take initiative, move about the space, and handle tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service by addressing guest needs, processing requests, and enhancing their overall experience. Guide guests through their stay with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Operational Tasks: Handle operational needs, such as processing requests, completing reports, and managing daily tasks efficiently.
- Local Area Knowledge: Share highlights of the local area with guests, offering recommendations and information to enhance their stay.
- Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality, uphold company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and ensure a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Remain on your feet and move around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods), and handle physical tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
