Job Title: Guest Arrival Expert - Concierge
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Guest Arrival Expert - Concierge at Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests have a memorable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of services that assist guests throughout their stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Your aim will be to create an experience that is memorable and unique for each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Complete necessary reports and documentation accurately.
- Share information about local attractions and amenities with guests.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests throughout their stay.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
