Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa Abu Dhabi, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort throughout their stay. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of housekeeping duties aimed at maintaining the high standards of our luxury hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Room and Public Area Cleaning: Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces are immaculately cleaned and maintained to meet hotel standards.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver exceptional service to enhance their experience.
- Stock Management: Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure carts are properly stocked for efficient service delivery.
- Quality Standards: Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Physical Requirements: Be physically active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects as required.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to Marriott International's standards.
