Job Title: Hotel Cleanliness Expert
Position Summary:
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Beyond traditional housekeeping duties, you will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service.
Essential Functions:
- Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms are cleaned daily and maintained to the highest standards.
- Turn Down Service: Perform nightly turndown service to enhance guest comfort.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.
- Quality Assurance: Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Lost & Found: Handle and report any lost items following hotel procedures.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per hotel policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to uphold service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and a proactive approach to guest service.
